GENERALMy Terms Of Service• If shared, maintain watermark in image, or credit me.• You may use my artwork for personal use.• You may print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork for personal use.• I reserve the right to share your artwork and use it for my gallery(s).• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.• You are aware that WIPs are not the final product.COMMERCIAL USAGE• Reproducing and selling my artwork, publicly or privately, where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you used to sell (Ex. Merch of my art) is allowed as long as I am credited.PAYMENT• I accept USD only through:
PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Crypto• All payment must be sent upfront.•Any major changes after the sketch stage will be charged a specific amount (depending on how major the change is).REFUNDS• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.• No other refunds will be provided.TIME• Your patience is highly appreciated.• Turn around time can span from a week to 2 months (or maybe more) depending on personal circumstances and complexity of the project.• You may ask for progress at any reasonable time (If I haven't sent any already).• If for any reason you have to put yourself on hold for queue, know that after 2~ months of holding, I will have to remove you from the queue and you will need to re-enter at the end of the queue.• Rush fees are at least + 25%~ of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the deadline date.FINAL PRODUCT• If you lost the piece, you may contact me so I can resend it to you.• Any requested changes to the project after completion will be charged a discussed amount.THANKS!• ToS may be updated at any time.• Any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact me!
